NIT Kitakyushu College, Japan invites 10 Vocational College UGM students (4 from Dept of Mechanical Eng.; 3 from Dept of Electrical Eng. and Informatics; 3 from Japanese Language program) to participate in the Student Exchange Program 2019 on 11 – 17 November 2019.

1) Program details
8-day Exchange Program is designed for partner university students to enhance their understanding of Japan, especially Kitakyushu City as well as NIT Kitakyushu College. This program is fully funded by Sakura Science Scholarship!

2) Activities
– Classroom/laboratory activities
– Field Trip
– 1-day industrial internship

3) Fees
FREE!! Most expenses are waived (including flight tickets, accommodation, local transportation, and meals)
Students are only responsible for visa, pocket money, and TBC Test

4) Eligible Applicants
– Active students of Vocational College UGM (Dept of Electrical Eng. and Informatics, Mechanical Eng., and Japanese Language)
– Good in academic & active in campus activities
– Having good communication skills in English and/or Japanese
– Willing to take TBC Test/Lung scan after being selected as nominated participants

– Copy of Toefl Certificate; minimum score ITP >500
