Yogyakarta, July 17 — A research team consisting of lecturers and students from the English Applied Bachelor Program at Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada is currently examining storytelling strategies used in public relations campaigns by three multinational brands in Indonesia through Instagram Reels. The study aims to explore how linguistic elements are employed to shape brand image and build emotional engagement with social media audiences.
In June 2025, the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Smart and Green Building Information successfully supported the implementation of research studies by lecturers and final projects by students of the Department of Earth Technology by providing the latest survey and mapping equipment and conducting training to improve equipment maintenance. This support demonstrates the commitment of the CoE Smart and Green Building Information in supporting the development of science and technology in the field of surveying and mapping, while strengthening its active role in supporting academic activities at the Sekolah Vokasi UGM.
Australia, July 10, 2025 – The Dean of Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ir. Agus Maryono, IPM., ASEAN Eng., paid a official visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Canberra. The visit took place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and was attended by representatives from the Indonesian Embassy and the Indonesian Education Attaché in Australia.

This guide serves as the primary resource for local guides accompanying participants in the 2025 Road to Jogja International Kite Festival (JIKF) during the two-hour cultural tour.
