The event was held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Room 201, 2nd Floor of the TILC Building, Sekolah Vokasi UGM, marking a strategic step in strengthening practice-based education aligned with real industry standards.

Four Sekolah Vokasi UGM Lecturers Receive Awards for Reputable International Scientific Publications
Yogyakarta (April 16) – Four lecturers from Sekolah Vokasi UGM have won awards for their scientific works published in reputable international journals during the period of February 2025. The awards were presented by the Director of the UGM Research Directorate as a form of institutional appreciation for the lecturers’ contributions to strengthening academic culture through globally impactful publications.
Kulon Progo, April 14, 2025 — The School of Economics and Informatics (STEI) Hamfara Yogyakarta conducted an academic visit to the Field Research Center (FRC) of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) located in Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta, on Monday (April 14). The visit aimed to provide an opportunity for non-UGM faculty and students to gain a deeper understanding of UGM, particularly the FRC.
Yogyakarta, April 2025 — The International Talent Circulation Base (INTACT Base), an initiative of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education that bridges industry-academic collaboration and higher education exchange, is offering a golden opportunity for students of Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (SV UGM) to deepen their Mandarin language skills for free. This program is specifically designed for students participating in various international activities in Taiwan, such as Student Exchange, Internship, Double Degree programs, and particularly the International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program). However, the program is also open to students interested in learning Mandarin, even if they are not currently or planning to participate in international activities in Taiwan.
Yogyakarta – In an atmosphere full of warmth and togetherness, Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (SV UGM) held the Syawalan 1446 Hijri event on Tuesday (8/4) at the Co-working Space on the 1st floor of the TILC SV UGM Building. This event served as an important opportunity to strengthen bonds of relationship, seek mutual forgiveness, and renew the spirit of collaboration following the month of Ramadan.
Yogyakarta, Thursday, March 27, 2025 – Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (SV UGM) has officially signed a collaboration agreement with the Regional Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (BAPPERIDA) of Kulon Progo District to strengthen academic and local government synergy. This collaboration focuses on research and the implementation of technology to support regional development, particularly in realizing an agriculture-based aerotropolis. The event took place at the TILC SV UGM Ballroom and was attended by representatives from academia, local government, and local farmers interested in agricultural and technological development.
On March 22, 2025, a student from Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (SV UGM) once again made an inspiring achievement. Annisa Desty Vambia, a student of the Public Sector Accounting program at the Department of Economics and Business, won 1st place in the Diploma category at the UGM-level Outstanding Student Selection (Pilmapres). The event was held at the Student Creativity Development Subdirectorate Office, Bulaksumur Blok F11, and was a collaboration between the UGM Directorate of Student Affairs and the Outstanding Student Community (Kommapres).
Yogyakarta, (14/3) – Sekolah Vokasi Universitas (SV UGM) held a Ramadan Symposium with the theme “Welcoming the Revelation of the Quran: Celebrating the Blessings of Ramadan 1446 Hijri” on Friday afternoon (14/3). The event aimed to deepen understanding of the meaning of the Qur’an in academic life and strengthen Islamic values within the campus community.
