CoE Dairy
The Center of Excellence (CoE) Dairy focuses on the development of applied science in dairy processing technology and its derivative products. This CoE serves as an integrative platform that connects vocational education, applied research, product innovation, and community empowerment within the dairy processing sector. Through an applied laboratory approach, CoE Dairy supports the enhancement of student competencies, the development of dairy-based products, and the dissemination of knowledge and technology to communities, particularly in fostering independence and added value for local dairy products.
Products
UHT Milk "Vocamilk"
A processed cow’s milk or goat’s milk product utilizing Ultra High Temperature (UHT) technology to ensure product quality and safety. This product is developed as a learning and research medium related to milk sterilization processes.
Powdered Milk "Vomilk"
A processed goat’s milk product developed through a simple processing method with various formulation approaches to produce a value-added dried milk product.
Goat Milk Ice Cream
A frozen dairy product made from goat’s milk, developed in original and chocolate flavors, featuring the distinctive taste characteristic of goat’s milk.
Facilities
HTST/UHT Machine & Chiller
A laboratory-scale milk processing unit used to simulate pasteurization and sterilization processes through rapid heating and controlled cooling.
