The study program was officially established on March 8, 2013 through the Decree of the Rector of Gadjah Mada University Number 896 / P / SK / HT / 2013 with the name of the Network Technology Study Program. Furthermore, on November 16, 2017, through the Decree of the Rector of Gadjah Mada University number 1718 / UN1.P / SK / HUKOR / 2017 this study program has the name of Internet Engineering Technology. The Internet Engineering Technology study program has a commitment to become a study program that produces a superior and reliable undergraduate of applied science in the field of Internet Engineering Technology and has the spirit of Pancasila.

Excellence

The Internet Engineering Technology Program has a B accreditation rating from BAN-PT. Students will learn about internet networks and their use. Architectural and security aspects of computer networks, programming, telecommunications are the main pillars of the study program. Mikrotik MTCNA Certification, Fundamental Information Security Certification, Huawei HCIA RS Certification are competency standards owned by students.
