Laboratorium Quality Control

Quality Control Laboratory is a facility focused on the utilization of Fourier Transform Near-Infrared (FT-NIR) reflectance spectroscopy to analyze the chemical and physical properties of various materials. The FT-NIR spectrometer enables fast, accurate, and non-destructive testing by measuring molecular vibrations in the near-infrared range. This technique is widely used across various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, food, agriculture, and chemicals, for quality control, raw material identification, and process monitoring. The laboratory utilizes advanced FT-NIR technology for high-resolution spectral analysis, providing precise and reliable data with minimal sample preparation. Our FT-NIRS system is specifically used to support quality testing of food products, particularly melons, chocolate, and milk in both solid and high-density/viscous liquid forms.
