Our alumni have been successful in various fields:
- Education
Wikan Sakarinto, Ph.D. (Dean of SV UGM 2016-2021) is an alumnus of Mechanical Engineering Diploma. Before serving as a dean, he was the Vice Dean of Academics and Student Affairs of SV UGM. He completed his doctoral education at Kobe University.
- Industry
Luqman Bahtiar (Geospatial Information Management Specialist) was a student of Geographic Information System. He graduated with the highest grades and the fastest period of education. While waiting for his graduation, he was offered to work at GIS consultant company, however, he decided to work at PT British Petroleum.
- Entrepreneur
Afidha Fajar Adhitya graduated in 2011 from English study program. Having passion in entrepreneurship, he developed his own company “Eboni”, a company focuses on wooden watches. He was recognized at some national business events, published on some news and won some awards. His products are already shipped worldwide.
