As the manifestation of Tri Dharma (education, research, and community service), lecturers at Vocational College Universitas Gadjah Mada actively conduct research in various fields.

In the field of international cooperation, an increasing number of MoU with universities / polytechnics abroad continues. The attempt to maintain the cooperation is done either by increasing the number of activities the International Mobilty, whether undertaken by students (student exchange, internship program, scholarship program) as well as by lecturers and academic staff (lecturer exchange, joint research, knowledge sharing).
